The renovation supports a multi-tenant configuration while maintaining the potential for single-tenant use, aligning with the dynamic needs of contemporary industrial operations. Strategic interventions at the facade and entry points elevate the building’s street presence along Wright Avenue, reinforcing its role as a visible and functional hub within Dartmouth’s industrial core.
