St. Margaret’s Bay

St. Margaret’s Bay is a 9,000 square foot development comprising eight commercial units organized perpendicular to the street. A long, skewed hip roof spans the full row of units, unifying the building into a clear and cohesive architectural form. Fully glazed storefronts bring natural light into each suite and strengthen the connection to the street, while wood hoop entry features add warmth and create a clear sense of arrival.
Mechanical equipment is discreetly screened at the roof level to preserve the clarity of the roof form and overall building profile. The project incorporates bicycle parking, electric vehicle charging, and a landscaped street edge that enhances the pedestrian experience and contributes to the evolving commercial character of St. Margaret’s Bay.
